Excellent book KThoma This is an excellent book for both beginners and more experienced practitioners of shamanic work. There are a number of journey ideas that aren't in any other books such as shapeshifting, cosmic journeys, a section of ethics and the shamanic ego. It is a valuable resource to work with.. magikone said Great Reminders!. This book is a great reminder of past studies I have personally had with Claude over a duration of 6 or more years. This book is also a very good book for fellow shamanic practitioners who are looking for new ways to receive direction from spirit world, as well as possible internal changes.
