Defining what we mean by congruence, clarifying the nature of purpose and leadership, emphasising the importance of community, reconnecting with the idea of learning organisations, advocating for more relevant (equitable-shared value) organisational outcomes, and rethinking the notions of corporate responsibility and individual wellbeing, are some of the ways this book tries to present and integrate new thinking about familiar concepts.
