Accurate and informative but rambling I am not certain who the target audience was for this book. Sometimes I think that's true of the author as well. While he knows his stuff it seems like he skips back and forth between administrator, user, implementer and architect vies. This is not a bad . "Exactly as described, well written" according to Tom. Apparently giving 5 stars is like saying "I Love It". This is odd to say about a work related book. (They aren't usually page-turners!) However this book is worth each of the 5 stars.In addition to useful tips, techniques, and best practices it helped me . great book! Guillaume Vichit great book! Buy it
