A LITTLE SHORT ON RECIPES, MORE LIKE A BROCHURE TO PROMOTE THE CHILI POWDER AND NOT EVEN TEX MEX OR MEXICAN FOOD DISHES, SHORT ON BBQ SAUCE ET AL. "Reference book" according to Lloyd Shipley. It is best used for reference to any Mex recipe. There are better recipes out there but non specifically written for Gebhardt's chile powder..
