healthconscious_MI said Real help for migraine pain. The first thing I noticed about this book is that the author himself hasmigraine headaches. While I would not wish these awful headaches on anyone,it is a solid relief for me to know this. Why? Because like most readers ofthis book, I have suffered a lot from migraines, and I want some sympathy. I. Jo said Very informative and comprehensive (much more than just about vitamins). Well written and informative. Discusses causes of migraines and treatment options. Love the references to scientific studies that support each treatment option, which go beyond vitamins and include herbs, diet, and physical therapy recommendations. Includes comparison of pharmaceutical treatments . Good for background Excellent summary of the various theories regarding the cause of migraines. This was he most helpful part of the book, as the nutritional info it contains is available in many other books.
